Founder & Executive Director

Mr. Tong Weng Leong

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Tong provides executive leadership and operational direction for Infodel’s secure destruction services. He continues to guide the company towards stronger security, accountability and responsible material recovery as Infodel evolves beyond traditional destruction services.

Chief Executive Officer & ESG Lead

Ms. Louise Han

Louise leads Infodel’s strategic direction, business development and ESG initiatives. With more than 17 years at Infodel, she is driving the company’s transformation from traditional data destruction towards a more secure, traceable and circular approach — connecting information security, customer risk reduction, documented accountability and responsible material recovery.

Customer Relations Manager

Pn. Farah Aida Othman

Farah manages customer relationships and service coordination, ensuring client requirements are clearly understood and communicated from enquiry through service completion. With more than 10 years of experience, she supports customers throughout the service journey while maintaining clear communication between clients and Infodel’s operational team.

Environmental & Compliance Manager

Ms. Aziatul Atika

Aziatul supports Infodel’s environmental compliance and scheduled waste management activities. Certified in CePSWaM and ISO 14001:2015 internal auditing, and qualified as an OSH Coordinator, she oversees scheduled waste tracking, regulatory requirements and facility inspections while supporting Infodel’s environmental management system.

ISMS & Internal Audit Coordinator

Ms. Nurul Najiha

Nurul supports Infodel’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and internal audit activities. A certified ISO 27001:2022 Internal Auditor, she coordinates internal audit programmes, maintains controlled ISMS documentation and supports the organisation’s ongoing information security compliance. She also manages digital financial processes, including SQL e-Invoicing.

Operations Coordinator

Ms. Valerie Tong

Valerie coordinates Infodel’s day-to-day operational activities and supports the development and implementation of operational SOPs. She monitors compliance across transport and warehouse operations, including vehicle condition checks by drivers and assistants through digital checklists, and helps ensure operational teams follow established procedures consistently.
